Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
Manage Oracle ERP and Cloud projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Oversee
incident, service request, problem, and change management
for AMS engagements.
Drive automation, continuous improvement, and KPI compliance across the delivery portfolio.
Track and report key delivery metrics: SLAs, CSAT, financials, and resource utilization.
