Overview
The Role: Order Management Administrator
- Process and validate customer orders in the system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues related to delays, inventory, or system discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of order transactions.
- Communicate order updates and resolutions to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
