Order Picker, Distribution Center

Whole Foods Market is seeking Full Time Order Selectors for our Distribution Center in Cheshire, CT. This is a Perishable Distribution Center with Floral, Meat and Produce products. Temps range from –10 ( Freezer) to 46 degrees (including a banana and avocado ripening room!) Base Pay: $21.50 an hour PLUS Incentives: $200 8 Week training completion bonus! $1000 milestone bonus! $500 @ 6 and 12 months $800 a month potential based on productivity and accuracy Shift: 1:00 PM shift start time, will work to completion, and have a rotating 4-day/ 10-hour workweeks including weekends and holidays. Schedules are subject to change (provided 3 weeks in advance)

Job Requirements and Basic Qualifications:

Use voice-based order system to select and palletize store orders

Manually stacking product onto pallets, wrapping, and preparing product for shipment.
