Role Overview
The Organizational Development Manager leads initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture across the business. The role works closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams to design practical organization and workforce solutions, support transformation initiatives, and strengthen leadership and employee capability through data-driven and structured OD strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Change Management, or Organization Design, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity...
