**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

CHI Health Department of Orthopedics seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our extremely productive Plastic Surgery Trained, Fellowship Trained Hand Surgeon, forming a team of one Physician and Two Advanced Practice Providers.

This is a unique opportunity combining the aspects of clinical work and operating room time focusing on hand/wrist injuries and procedures at one or more of our clinics and hospital locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical and or procedural setting being able to practice autonomously and as part of a team seeing patients of the physician.

Weekly responsibilities, along with operating room assistance, will be providing dedicated services to an acute hand/wrist injury walk-in clinic, seeing various fractures, sprains, dislocations, tendon and nerve damage.
