Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner

Health Care System which includes a team of Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeons seek to add a full-time Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner. The position includes both the OR and the clinic. This is a very busy general orthopedic practice. The doctors utilize the most minimally invasive procedures and advanced technology. Responsibilities include: first assist, running clinics, pre- and post-operative H&P s, joint injections, writing scripts, removing casts and pins, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. The position offers a very good work/life balance.
Successful Nurse Practitioners should be board certified. New graduates are welcome to apply. Also, if needed, Nurse Practitioners will go through accompany sponsored separate surgical programs to obtain their RNFA.
