Opportunity Description
To initiate action for Subcontracting services based on requirement.
To evaluate and finalize subcontractors based on technical capability, commercial viability, and past performance.
To discuss and influence for receiving commercial offer.
To discuss and negotiate with vendor.
To prepare Purchase orders based on final decision from OSD lead and QTS.
To perform Vendor Registration Process
To monitor subcontractor performance and take corrective actions where required.
Need to develop new contractors for the services to provided inside as well as outside factory premises
To Coordinate with other departments like QC, F&A, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventory control.
Needs to do Expediting with contractor for timely delivery
GST compliance from vendor
Troubleshooting
Coordination of safety induction training for subcontract labor
Ensuring Industrial Relation Compliances & Contractor payments
