Opportunity Description
General Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives as required
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of the role
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, records, and reports
- Actively participate in the Medical Center’s Patient Safety and Quality Improvement programs
- Attend and contribute to ongoing in-service training programs
- Act as a translator when required
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department
Department Specialized Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the HAAD OSH Centre
- Investigate and record incidents, accidents, complaints, and cases of ill health
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
- Ensure equipment is installed and operated correctly and safely
