About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented OT Planner to support our Operational Technology (OT) Maintenance team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—coordinating workflows, supporting field teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance activities across ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) assets and systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders (reactive & planned)
- Manage inboxes and workflow queues, responding to operational queries
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance against SLAs
- Support field technicians with administration, tools, PPE, and equipment
- Manage fleet compliance in line with company policies
