Role & Responsibilities

As an experienced Outbound Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on building pipelines across North America and Latin America. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to convert warm leads into high-quality sales opportunities

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Outbound BDRs to generate qualified leads for Client Sales, Online Sales, and Partner Sales teams
  • Collaborate with direct sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure your Team meets and exceeds individual and Company objectives
  • Regular Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales Managers
