In this role, you will help drive new business by connecting with potential clients through outbound calls. With 1–2 years of sales experience, you will develop strategic outreach initiatives and master essential skills in identifying prospects' needs. Your organizational skills will be critical as you familiarize yourself with our CRM and maintain meeting benchmarks with the support of sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads provided by PACE
• Generate interest and book qualified meetings for Advisors
• Maintain an organized pipeline using the CRM system
• Build relationships through strategic follow-ups
