- Handling inbound calls related to payment of hospital bills
- Making outbound calls to follow up on payment of hospital bills
- Handling patient enquiries and providing billing information to patients
- Sending statement of accounts
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proactive, committed and self‑motivated
- Positive team player who can also work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
