About the job
What will you do as Outbound Customer Service?
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (Leads provided by company).
- Manage / store customer information in the company system
- Care for and support close customers; provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Complete the assigned KPIs as prescribed.

- Selling skills and ability to grasp customer psychology
- Able to work in a team or independently
