As our Outbound Logistics Executive will do:
Drive daily logistics operation:
Manage end-to-end delivery processes including factory dispatch, port operations, customs clearance, inland transportation, and delivery to customer sites.Monitor ETD/ETA and shipment milestones closely to ensure accuracy of customer delivery dates.Verify and check logistics-related invoices, ensuring alignment with shipment records, service delivery, and contracted rates before processing.Handle and resolve operational issues in real time with ports, customs brokers, shipping lines, and trucking companies.Ensure safety and compliance in all logistics activities, both internal and external.Maintain timely and accurate reporting of outbound KPIs, including OTIF, service deviations, and logistics cost performance.Provide logistics information and oper...
