Opportunity Description
Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
Compensation: $8 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities
- Perform inside sales and lead generation
- Manage and track leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong written communication skills (ability to write clear, concise, and non-spammy cold emails)
- Confident phone presence with a natural delivery (no monotone script reading)
- Comfortable handling objections and conducting basic discovery conversations
