Job Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on Outbound Sales Team Lead to drive team performance, manage sales operations, and contribute directly to revenue generation. This role requires both leadership capability and the ability to actively engage in sales activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of outbound sales representatives
- Drive team KPIs, targets, and overall sales performance
- Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve individual performance
