Role Overview
You will be on the front line of SecondTalent's US growth engine. This is a high-volume, outbound-first role. You will cold call US-based CTOs and HR leaders, qualify their hiring needs, and book discovery calls.
What You Will Do
- Execute 80 to 120 outbound cold calls per day to US-based tech companies
- Reach CTOs, HR Directors, and Heads of People responsible for technical hiring decisions
- Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile
- Handle US objections and gatekeepers professionally and persistently
- Log all activity accurately in HubSpot immediately after each call
