Opportunity Description
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily F&B operations and outlet performance
- Manage staff scheduling, manpower, stock, wastage and cost
- Track sales, productivity, and operational metrics
- Recruit, train and develop the F&B team
- Be hands‑on on the floor during peak hours
- Ensure food and beverage quality, including coffee and bar
- Work closely with culinary and bar teams on quality
- Suggest new menus, promotions, and concepts
- Support brand campaigns and product launches
