Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Excellence : Supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth coordination and consistent service delivery. Act as shift leader, maintaining a strong presence on the floor to monitor quality and service flow. Support the Outlet Manager in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP and internal policies).
