Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Professional focused on Safety and Packaging supplies. This full‑time position offers a comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring program to help you make an immediate impact on growing sales and gross margins.

Territory: Kelowna and North of Okanagan
Salary: $60,000

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
• Ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
• Build positive, long‑lasting relationships with customers
• Attend sales meetings and meet regularly with the sales manager
• Conduct needs analysis on a customer‑by‑customer basis to find appropriate safety solutions
• Contribute to the team to meet key performance indicators on an individual and branch basis
