Own allocated client portfolios end-to-end across the contract lifecycle — implementation, operational readiness, performance monitoring, issue resolution and ongoing optimisation.Build and maintain strong working relationships with portfolio owners and key client stakeholders.Respond to client requests, concerns and queries accurately and within agreed timelines.Develop a sound understanding of the client's products, collections strategy and required outcomes.Act as the operational liaison between the client and internal teams, supporting implementation of changes to strategy, product and reporting.Escalate risks, performance gaps or delivery concerns internally where required outcomes are not being achieved.Gather, document and translate client operational and reporting requirements into business rules, reporting logic and operational actions within agreed timelines.Complete testing, live monitoring and rollout of initiatives within agreed timelines, with internal communicat...
