Spurwink is hiring an Overnight Crisis Worker for our soon-to-open Lewiston Crisis Center, which offers a warm, welcoming environment for individuals ages 14+ experience urgent behavioral health needs. As an alternative to hospitalization or law enforcement intervention, we provide stabilization, observation, assessment, and short-term intervention in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive environment - open 24/7, 365 days a year, promoting safety, dignity, and recovery.
DUTIES:
+ Maintain client records and documentation according to Spurwink, billing, regulatory, and licensing standards including assessments, Individual Service Plans, progress notes, and quarterly reviews.
+ Oversee implementation of Individual Service Plan, monitor and document progress.
+ Maintain regular contact with team members and other community professionals involved with client.
