Opportunity Description
Our client in the Agricultural Industry is looking to hire a Personal Assistant/Admin Co‑ordinator to manage the office of the MD and offer the level of support required.
Primary purpose of the job
- Organising of meetings eg. Checking availability, consult on dates, find venue for the meeting, organise catering, handle paperwork, prepare documents
- Travel eg. Get quotes from travel agent, liaise to ensure service level is obtained, apply for visas, arrange all transport, create full itinerary, ensure all supporting documents for travel is arranged, obtain expenses
- Diary coordination and management eg. Check mails, arrange meetings
- Filling eg. Implement and obtain system, ensure all files are accessible and up to date
Email and correspondence to internal and external parties
- Always act in a professional manner
- Screening of information and redirect appropriately
