Position- Packer
Location - Melrose Park Illinois 60160
Duration- 3+ months contract
2nd shift is from (1:45 PM to 10:15 PM) |$20.75/hour ($19 base pay + $1.75 shift differential)
Job Summary
Responsible for packaging on various packaging machinery in order to maintain a steady flow of production. This may involve traying-on, traying-off, nano-packaging, and moving pallets. Must follow SOPs and any departmental procedures. Recommends improvements and identify potential problems which could affect operations, both personnel and equipment related.
Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent
- Performs inspection of labeled vials, lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, shippers, packing and palletizing shipper packs.
