Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Manager – Paid Media & Demand Generation
to lead and scale performance marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C segments.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of the demand generation funnel—from campaign strategy and execution to driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
The ideal candidate should combine strong platform expertise with a data-first mindset and a working knowledge of AI-driven marketing approaches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI
Drive campaign performance across metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
