Planning and Organising
The role involves planning and organising a wide range of painting and decorating tasks, both internal and external, as instructed by management. Responsibilities include carrying out preparation work such as making walls good prior to decoration, completing minor repairs to surfaces and structures, and undertaking additional minor repair works as needed.
