Palliative Care Physician

This role involves providing exceptional patient and family care within an outpatient setting, focusing on goals of care, advanced care planning, symptoms management, safety net planning and end of life care and referrals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Palliative Care specialty, ensuring comprehensive support for patients. * Monday to Friday schedule
* No call requirements
* 36 hours per week: 8-hour days and 1, 4-hour day to start
* 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient, could adjust as program matures needing more outpatient support
