PAM Onboarding Lead

Ideal candidate for this role is an experienced PAM professional with strong expertise in CyberArk onboarding, stakeholder management, and access governance, responsible for leading onboarding activities and ensuring smooth adoption of privileged access controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding of users, accounts, applications, and business units onto CyberArk.
• Plan and execute onboarding waves aligned with programme timelines and security requirements.
• Support adoption of the new PAM Access Model, ensuring alignment with least-privilege and governance principles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding readiness, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
