Opportunity Description
Description We are looking for a highly organized Paralegal to join a family law practice serving high-net-worth clients in Atlanta, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to support complex divorce and family law matters in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound legal research ability, and the flexibility to assist with both casework and day-to-day office support.
Responsibilities:
• Review legal filings and supporting materials to verify citations, formatting, and overall accuracy before submission.
• Compile case documents into organized exhibits, hearing materials, binders, and draft-ready brief packages for attorney review.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and summarize relevant authorities for family law and litigation matters.
