About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant with proven Personal Injury experience to support U.S.-based law firms. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience assisting with pre‑litigation and/or litigation personal injury cases, managing case files, communicating with clients and medical providers, and preparing legal documentation under attorney supervision. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management & File Organization
- Maintain and update personal injury case files (digital and CRM-based)
- Organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and insurance documentation
- Track statutes of limitations and case deadlines
- Manage document naming conventions and file protocols
