Opportunity Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to the Company’s Legal and Compliance Unit.
- Maintain the Legal Team’s paper and electronic files and records using management tools.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of all contracts.
- Monitor the progress of contracts, and ensure that all internal and external documents are accurate and well-maintained.
- Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company.
- Liaise with Senior Management and External Counsels, when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a relevant 4-year course.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a corporate paralegal in a bank (corporate housekeeping: taking minutes, organizing, safekeeping and tracking documents, etc).
