This firm handles complex civil defense cases and is looking for a skilled professional to support attorneys through all stages of litigation.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage all aspects of case preparation, including drafting and organizing pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
+ Review, summarize, and organize large volumes of medical records and case materials.
+ Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
+ Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
+ Track case deadlines, court filings, and compliance with procedural rules.
