Our client is a prestigious AMLAW 100 firm, and they work on interesting and impressive cases. The candidate would sit in their NYC office and work with distinguished attorneys and other paralegals. The NYC office offers free snacks, food, beverages, and is overall an exciting place to be!
Location: Rockefeller Center
Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days at home
Salary: $122,000 - $150,000 + 4% bonus
+ paid OT
Billables: 1470
Years of experience: 10 yrs +
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
+ Assist Attorney teams in managing IP matters, particularly patents including the preparation and filing of patent applications, maintaining patent portfolios, conduction research and ensure compliance with legal deadlines
+ Obtain from and filing with applicable Federal, State, and Local Courts such as the District Court and before the USPTO
