Paralegal - Real Estate (Hospitality)

Our client, an Am 100 law firm, is actively seeking a seasoned Real Estate Paralegal for full-time employment in either their Chicago, New York, Phoenix, or Washington, DC offices. This key role will bolster the Hospitality & Leisure practice group and report to the Practice Group Leader. Primary responsibilities are directed by practice group lawyers and include: Conducting and coordinating due diligence, including reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and supporting documents. Assisting with the preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents. Managing and coordinating the closing of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, as well as debt and equity transactions. Handling the creation and management of signature page packages, ensuring the delivery of all necessary documents at closing, and compiling detailed closing books.
