Paralegal - Real Estate (Hybrid)

location - open to Atlanta, Chicago, or St. Louis Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its national Real Estate Practice Group in the Atlanta, Chicago, or St. Louis office. This role will report to the Practice Group Leader and support attorneys on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documents • Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate conveyance and closing documents • Coordinate real estate closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including debt and equity transactions • Prepare signature page packages, oversee delivery of documents, manage closing checklists, and handle recording and post-closing documentation • Draft and file UCC financing statements; order and review UCC, lien, and litigation searches • Manage entity formation, maintenance, a...
