Paralegal - Restructuring, Insolvency

Location - Los Angeles or NYC Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a full-time Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its team in either the Los Angeles or New York office. This position will support both local attorneys and the national Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Practice Group. The role reports to the Practice Group Leader and works under the direction of attorneys and senior paraprofessionals. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, interim, and final applications, court filings, and bankruptcy-specific documentation • Conduct lien searches and assist with analysis; support preparation of schedules and statements of financial affairs • Prepare and reconcile Proofs of Claim and related claim schedules • Track statutory and case deadlines, prepare related memoranda • Ensure compliance with local rules in relevant jurisdictions • Collaborate with clients and financial advisors to prepare monthly operating reports • Manage the preparation, ...
