Key Responsibilities- Prepare legal contracts and documents as instructed by the supervising counsel to support legal compliance and business operations
- Coordinate with directors and shareholders for approvals and execution of resolutions and other required documents in a timely manner
- Conduct legal research to provide accurate information and support for legal team
- Assist with corporate governance duties in relation to various corporate entities, including but not limited to:
- Taking and drafting of Board notice and agendas
- Preparing and filing required notifications relating to change of directors and other relevant information
