TYPE OF CONTRACT: FTE – 6-month contract
General purpose:
The Paralegal will work closely with the General Counsel and business stakeholders at all levels of the company. As the Paralegal, you will be a pivotal contributor in following key processes and practices to support the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team, support legal compliance initiatives, and assist in controlling costs.
Main responsibilities:
Contract Management
+ Maintain the Contracts inbox, triage all requests, and control and track legal department workflow.
+ Prepare initial drafts of NDAs, reseller agreements, referral agreements, and customer agreements, and initial review of redlined agreements prior to submission to attorney for review.
