Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Follows the chain of command in reporting incidents or concerns
• Prioritizes workload and completes correspondence promptly
• Ensures a safe working environment through strict compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedures regarding safety, infection and security
• Participates in unit staff meetings 60 to 80 annually
• Responds to codes and other emergencies
• Directs Ambulance attendants during their shift to ensure they fulfil their job requirements per their job description
• Supervises that lost charges stay to a minimum on the ambulances
• Ensures a safe working environment through strict compliance with Dubai Corporation of Ambulance Services (DCAS) standards
• Conducts training at the Life Support Training Center (LSTC) on Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) programs if they hav...
