Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance checks on the assigned company's vehicle and report any faults discovered.
- Perform general sorting and allocation of mails and parcels.
- Operate company vehicle to deliver/collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10–30kg) at/to assigned locations.
- Monitor and track the delivery/collection status using the in‑house application in real time.
- Regularly update delivery/collection progress within the in‑house application to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with the supervisor, customers, or other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
- Possess a valid Singapore Driving Licence (Class 3).
- Proficient in using a smartphone.
