Job Title: Parcel Sorter (Temp to Perm)
Location: Nursling
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Lates 14:30-22:30 (core shift) + Nights available
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Overtime: Available during busy periods (peak seasons)
Overview:
We are recruiting Parcel Sorters for a hands-on role with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a warehouse-based position working mainly late shifts, with night shifts also available. You will be responsible for sorting parcels safely, accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort parcels by postcode and route, placing them in the correct cages or on the correct conveyors
Load and unload vehicles (vans, trailers, lorries) safely
Scan, label and check parcels to ensure accurate processing
Move parcels around the warehouse using pump trucks or by hand (within manual handling guidelines)
Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from haz...
