Part-Time BCBA (Pediatrics)

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services is a values-driven ABA organization expanding thoughtfully to meet growing community needs. As we continue our steady growth, we are launching and expanding our pediatrics program and are seeking an experienced Part-Time BCBA to help lead this development from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking clinician who wants more than a traditional caseload role — someone energized by building systems, shaping clinical direction, and creating meaningful impact.

This position has strong potential to transition into a Full-Time Leadership role based on program growth and performance.
