Opportunity Description
The Part-Time BCBA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical oversight for assigned clients in accordance with BACB ethical standards, California regulations, and payer requirements. This role requires a defined weekly time commitment across direct observation, field supervision, and documentation to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
Required Weekly Time Commitment
The BCBA is expected to maintain a minimum of 20–30 hours per week , allocated as follows (final hours may vary based on caseload):
1. Direct Client Observation & Assessment
Minimum: 8–12 hours per week
