+ Assist customers by answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues
+ Accurately document calls and update systems
+ Follow call scripts and quality guidelines while still being personable
+ Work collaboratively with a supportive team
Requirements
+ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
+ Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
+ Comfortable using computers and phone systems
+ Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
+ Ability to work part-time hours consistently
