Your new role

A key responsibility is to give support and advice to visitors primarily over an inte system and occasionally over the phone or via email. The roles will involve assisting visitors using aputer dashboard, which enables us to remotely raise exit barriers for visitors who are on site, and we can use the dashboard to investigate any queries about their visit, payment or their or Forestry England Membership. This role may also involve liaising with our suppliers and contractors to troubleshoot issues. There will be ad-hoc requirements during quieter periods to support the wider team with administrative tasks.

Key work areas include:
  • Assist with remote monitoring of barriered car park systems, responding to and helping visitors over an inte system.
