Finance and HR Leader | Part Time 3 days in office | Kings Cross

We're partnering with a purpose-led organisation to recruit a Part Time Finance & HR Leader to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting and HR administration within a collaborative team environment. This is a broad and varied role with a strong focus on financial management, alongside responsibility for supporting employee lifecycle processes and operational administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, controls and supporting documentation in line with organisational policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, cashflow reporting and financial analysis.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and tracking operational expenditure.
