Part Time Lifeguard

As a Lifeguard, you will be proficient in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid providing a safe environment in the Aquatic Center at the RecPlex.

Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies Able to perform rescues per American Red Cross standards Active scanning and involvement during shift Maintain a clean aquatic center Testing chemicals (pH and chlorine) Attending mandatory in-services once a month to practice and improve lifeguard skills

Description of duties: RESPONSIBILITIES Attend all mandatory trainings, in-services, and other meetings as shared. Maintain a working knowledge of UDCR aquatic facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures. Come dressed according to uniform code with professional appearance.
