Description
Position Statement:
The Overnight Break-Floater Youth Development Professional’s (OBF-YDP) primary function is to provide breaks for full-time staff; monitoring and maintaining continuity of care or service. The OBF- YDP is charged with providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. The OBF-YDP is scheduled in a manner that best accommodates the staff ratio and program coverage requirements, as it relates to providing meal and rest breaks. A regular, set schedule can be expected.
Responsibilities:
+ Float to identified Residential programs to cover 30-minute meal and rest breaks for each YDP
+ Teaching and fostering a resident’s skill development relative to his/her individual needs only during the times resi...
