Part-Time Property Manager/Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced property manger that also has apartment maintenance capabilities to work in a specialized DUAL ROLE position. This is a part-time position - working 15-20 hours a week at a 21 unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, maximizing profitability, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through effective management of leases, maintenance, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a property manager and maintenance technician - or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of property management principles and regulations.

• Proficiency in property management software - we use AppFolio.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
