Opportunity Description
In your new role you will engage externally with Cisco’s Tier 1 Partners and internally with the sales organization and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide commerce operations support, including:
* Partner Enablement and Change Management: drive adoption/operationalization with partners in program and capability rollouts
* Voice of the Partner: identify a problem backlog to address opportunities for improvement, and solutions for operational issues
* Operational Performance management: leverage case and commerce data for operational reviews and process improvements
* Large Deal Management: early sensing of strategic deals across product, service and software to ensure operational readiness
* Commit management: Commit execution and proactive risk mitigation through deal readiness and engagement with partners and Cisco’s sellers
